Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Financial Operations Manager to oversee our accounting division at Sino Lion USA. This role will direct the financial team and collaborate closely with other financial professionals and operational staff to manage the daily functions of Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory management. Our company is dedicated to sustainability and innovation, and we are looking for a committed financial expert to enhance our financial data management and overall fiscal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, and inventory processes.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review payroll, financial records, financial statements, tax documents, and other financial reports.
  • Analyze and develop reports for business operations and budgets for management review.
  • Establish systems and processes, implementing corrective measures to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
  • At least 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in International Accounting is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
