Position Summary

As a full-time member of the LeaderScript team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our school community. In this essential position, you will lead the recruitment and enrollment initiatives for our students, while also promoting our mission through impactful marketing strategies.

Your contributions will significantly influence the growth and success of LeaderScript as you connect with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is vital to our mission of empowering students and ensuring that each individual who joins us can benefit from our transformative educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Mission and Advocacy
  • Promote the organization's mission and values within the educational community.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure that marketing materials reflect our core values and support an inclusive atmosphere.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
  • Assist in designing and refining the annual marketing and enrollment strategy.
  • Execute marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Plan and implement social media marketing initiatives, including managing a student-led engagement committee.
  • Help maintain and update the LeaderScript website and other marketing platforms.
Recruitment and Enrollment Support
  • Assist in coordinating school visits and preparing families for their experiences.
  • Support recruitment events and information sessions as needed.
  • Develop grassroots marketing and recruitment initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Create and implement retention strategies for transitioning students.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Track enrollment data through our CRM and other tracking systems.
  • Provide regular updates on student numbers and marketing performance metrics.
  • Assist in managing marketing materials and vendor supplies.
Event Coordination and Administrative Duties
  • Assist in documenting school and community events through photos and videos.
  • Support onboarding processes for new students and families.
  • Monitor communication channels related to enrollment and marketing tasks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
  • Familiarity with social media and website management preferred.
  • Experience working with students and families in educational settings preferred.
