About the Position


As a full-time member of the Leaderscript team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our school community. In this essential position, you will lead the recruitment and enrollment initiatives for our students, while promoting our mission through impactful marketing strategies.
Your contributions will significantly influence the growth and success of Leaderscript as you connect with prospective students and families, guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is vital to our mission of empowering learners and ensuring that every student who joins us can benefit from the transformative education we provide.

The Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.


Key Responsibilities


Mission and DEI Advocacy

  • Advocate for the organization's mission and values within the community.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Ensure that marketing materials and campaigns reflect our values and promote an inclusive environment.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

  • Assist in designing and refining the annual Marketing and Enrollment strategy.
  • Execute marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing and Enrollment Manager.
  • Plan and implement social media marketing initiatives, including managing a student-led engagement committee.
  • Help maintain and update the Leaderscript website and other marketing platforms.

Enrollment and Recruitment Support

  • Support the implementation of the Shadowing program, coordinating schedules and preparing families for visits.
  • Assist with Family Information Nights and other recruitment events as needed.
  • Develop and execute grassroots marketing and recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Enrollment Manager.
  • Create and manage a retention program for middle school students transitioning to high school.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Track family enrollment using our CRM and other tracking systems.
  • Provide current data on student numbers and marketing metrics.
  • Assist in managing and ordering marketing materials and supplies.

Event Coordination and Administrative Support

  • Help collect and upload photos and videos from school and community events.
  • Manage onboarding processes for mid-year and administrative transfers.
  • Monitor the enrollment inbox and assist with other marketing/enrollment tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
  • Familiarity with social media and website management preferred.
  • Experience working with students and families in educational settings preferred.
