Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Go to Market team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in aligning marketing strategies with demand generation and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues, creative teams, channel leaders, and other internal groups to execute designated programs.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the execution of tasks using various marketing technologies and project management tools.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of events and sponsorship projects from inception to evaluation.
  • Maintaining relationships with external partners and associations, serving as the primary contact for specific practice areas.
  • Negotiating sponsorship benefits and managing the activation and renewal of sponsorship initiatives.
  • Creating and refining content for marketing campaigns, including promotional copy and image selection.
  • Supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing target audiences.
  • Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and providing insights for future improvements.
  • Facilitating the distribution of digital communications, including setting up campaigns and marketing lists in CRM systems.
  • Maintaining a high level of expertise in CRM systems and training staff on their effective use.
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting related to campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
  • Managing workflows for marketing materials, overseeing edits and approvals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, including internships or volunteer roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in common software applications and digital tools, such as Microsoft Office and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
