Position Summary

As a full-time member of LeaderScript, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission through effective recruitment and marketing strategies. In this essential position, you will lead efforts to attract and enroll participants, while promoting our organization's vision through engaging marketing initiatives.

Your contributions will significantly influence the growth and success of LeaderScript as you connect with prospective participants and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process. Reporting Structure

The Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

Mission and Diversity Advocacy
  • Promote the organization's mission and values within the community.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure that marketing materials reflect our values and foster an inclusive environment.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
  • Assist in designing and refining the annual marketing and enrollment strategy.
  • Execute marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing and Enrollment Manager.
  • Plan and implement social media marketing initiatives, including managing a student-led engagement committee.
  • Help maintain and update the LeaderScript website and other marketing platforms.
Recruitment and Enrollment Support
  • Assist in coordinating shadowing programs and preparing families for visits.
  • Support information sessions and recruitment events as needed.
  • Develop grassroots marketing and recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Enrollment Manager.
  • Create and implement a retention program for participants transitioning to advanced levels.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Track enrollment data through the LeaderScript CRM and other tracking systems.
  • Provide current data on participant numbers and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing marketing materials and vendor supplies.
Event Coordination and Administrative Support
  • Assist in collecting and uploading media from events.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new participants.
  • Monitor the enrollment communication channels and support marketing-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
  • Experience with social media and website management preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse groups in educational settings preferred.
