Brand Marketing Coordinator -
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Brookside Health Group (BHG) in a full-time capacity.

This position operates on a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work model that necessitates in-office attendance on specific days.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Oversight

  • Strategic Insight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BHG's branding, strategic initiatives, and marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in the planning and analysis of global brand campaigns, and create promotional materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with digital, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive channel strategies and campaign evaluations.
  • Creative Leadership: Direct the creative process for marketing and media assets.
  • Project Oversight: Manage timelines for new initiatives and internal review cycles.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct campaign evaluations and quarterly performance reporting, interpreting key metrics.
  • Digital Asset Management: Supervise online platforms for branded materials and resources.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to branding standards for BHG and its affiliates.
  • Communication Support: Facilitate communication for affiliate brands and manage vendor relationships.
  • Event Representation: Serve as a brand representative at various events.
Clinic and Physician Outreach
  • Collaborative Engagement: Act as a liaison for BHG clinic operations to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Project Initiation: Support the intake of new marketing requests and formulate strategic briefs.
  • Marketing Strategy: Design and implement marketing strategies for various service lines and specialties.
  • Physician Integration: Spearhead marketing initiatives for onboarding new physicians.
  • Request Management: Assist with clinic marketing inquiries and special projects.
  • Team Communication: Ensure consistent dialogue between marketing and operational teams.
Project Coordination
  • Project Leadership: Direct project coordination for clinic and operational client initiatives and strategic events.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage relevant marketing budgets and assist with financial processes.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
