The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility presents an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive. The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for facilitating the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, thereby enhancing the efficiency and timeliness of both rental and return experiences.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position includes $ bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for immediate openings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Delivering superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
  • Utilizing company-approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and suggest optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment
  • Providing additional assistance by offering directions, maps, and local area information
  • Handling incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, while resolving customer issues
  • Making outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks
  • Assisting in assessing the condition of vehicles upon return
  • Informing management of any customer or vehicle-related issues
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored development programs
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Able to work the following schedules:
    • Schedule 1: Thursday-Monday 7:30am-5:00pm
    • Schedule 2: Monday-Friday 9:30am-7:00pm
