Job Title: Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Specialist to join our team at Meaningful Milestones LLC. As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
  • Manage phone and visitor inquiries, and respond to administrative tasks
  • Assist the team with organization and effective communication
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies inventory
  • Perform campus inspections and report findings to responsible managers
  • Manage the HRE (Happy Relaxed Engaged) calendar and provide staff childcare coverage when needed
Qualifications:
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Displays resourcefulness and adapts well to working alone at times
  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
