Job Title: Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Wingate Wealth Advisors, LLC. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and professional staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and staff, including initial contact, needs assessment, and processing of client requests.
  • Manage new client account onboarding and daily handling of confidential financial transactions.
  • Handle client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and prepare client and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to daily financial alerts.
  • Coordinate client visits, meetings, and meals, and manage the day-to-day schedules and calendars for multiple team members.
  • Independently address client questions or issues related to our secure portals.
  • Organize, prioritize, and sequence daily tasks for multiple team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a financial services environment.
  • Proven proficiency in communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients, external professionals, and internal staff.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and organize a high volume of day-to-day work.
  • Experience with handling confidential and time-sensitive documents and data.
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft suite, client relationship management (CRM) software, and general technological aptitude.
