Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Meaningful Milestones is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular campus inspections to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Manage supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Receive and distribute office mail.
  • Proofread and type up documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate events and activities to engage clients and staff.
  • Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the campus.
  • Manage the Happy Relaxed Engaged (HRE) calendar.
  • Provide timely assistance with buddy support requests.
  • Offer staff childcare coverage during holidays and school breaks.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls as necessary.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients.

Requirements:

  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy and support is a plus.
  • Associates degree or equivalent education is preferred.
  • Actively served in administrative capacities for three to five years.
  • Recent TB test with results from the past year.
  • Valid Driver's License.
