Position Overview

The Apprenticeship Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and administration of all apprenticeship initiatives within Trilogy Health Services, LLC. This role involves the formulation and execution of apprenticeship policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring adherence to all regulatory obligations. The manager collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including campus leadership, the Trilogy Grants Team, and regulatory agencies, to create and sustain effective apprenticeship programs. They provide mentorship and support to apprentices, track their development, and assess the overall effectiveness of the program. Furthermore, the manager will engage in promoting apprenticeship opportunities both internally and externally, advocating for the advantages of apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensures adherence to the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS) reporting requirements, guaranteeing that Trilogy Health Services' registered apprenticeship programs comply with all necessary standards.


• Oversees compliance for registered apprenticeship programs, including aspects such as on-the-job training, journeyperson approvals, completion timelines, and necessary reporting.


• Manages direct reports responsible for the systematic implementation of apprenticeship programs.


• Executes all obligations related to current approved grants, ensuring that associated training offerings meet compliance standards.


• Collaborates with the Grants Team throughout the grant lifecycle (from pre-award to post-award) to assess capacity and requirements, develop work plans, promote engagement, ensure compliance with grant reporting, and assist with grant closures, including invoicing.


• Works closely with the Department of Labor (DOL) to secure approvals, recertifications, and any other necessary requirements to maintain compliance with registered apprenticeship standards.


• Manages audits conducted by the DOL and other state-specific governing bodies regarding apprenticeship programs.


• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to establish and maintain relationships with community career centers.


• Aids in aligning all work and resource management with the Company's mission, vision, values, goals, and strategic objectives.


• Maintains professional and technical competencies relevant to job responsibilities.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 3-5 years in a related field

Licenses and Certifications

Project management certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for interaction with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates.
