POSITION OVERVIEW

Role Summary
The Apprenticeship Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all apprenticeship initiatives within Trilogy. This role entails the development and execution of apprenticeship policies, procedures, and standards, while ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates. The coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders, including campus leadership, the Trilogy Grants Team, and regulatory bodies, to create and sustain effective apprenticeship programs. They provide guidance and support to apprentices, track their progress, and assess the program's effectiveness. Furthermore, they will actively promote apprenticeship opportunities and advocate for the advantages of apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS) reporting to guarantee that Trilogy Health Services (THS) registered apprenticeship programs fulfill all requirements.

• Oversees compliance of THS registered apprenticeship programs, including, but not limited to, on-the-job training, journeyperson approval, completion timelines, and reporting.

• Supervises direct reports responsible for the systematic execution of apprenticeship programs.

• Executes all obligations for current approved grants and ensures associated training offerings comply with these requirements.

• Collaborates with the Grants Team throughout the grant lifecycle (pre-award to post-award) to assess capacity and potential requirements, develop work plans, promote engagement, ensure compliance with all grant reporting and requirements, and assist with grant closures, including invoicing.

• Works directly with the Department of Labor (DOL) to secure approval, recertification, and any other necessary requirements to maintain registered apprenticeship compliance.

• Manages audits with DOL and other state-specific governing bodies concerning apprenticeship programs.

• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to establish and maintain relationships with community career centers.

• Aids in aligning all work and resource management with the Company's mission, vision, philosophies and values, goals, and strategic imperatives.

• Maintains professional and technical competencies necessary for job responsibilities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3-5 years

Licenses and Certifications
Project management certification preferred.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must maintain effective verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates.
