This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining both office and remote work.

About the Position:

Working closely with the Director of Environment & Sustainability, the Environmental Coordinator will be instrumental in advancing Heaven Hill Brands' commitment to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. This role encompasses efforts to assess and enhance performance across four key sustainability pillars: water conservation, reduction of carbon emissions, waste management, and preservation of ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate data related to essential sustainability indicators
  • Create analytical reports to track progress and performance against established goals
  • Examine utility data for precision and emerging trends
  • Support alignment with ESG reporting standards
  • Ensure adherence to all reporting obligations
  • Oversee annual greenhouse gas emissions verification
  • Assist in quantifying Heaven Hill's Scope 3 emissions
  • Collaborate with various teams to produce comprehensive sustainability reports
  • Monitor sustainability regulations and guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least one year of pertinent experience
  • Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting and reporting standards
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

May involve occasional standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds.
