Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and customers as they enter the store, assess their needs to ensure a pleasant experience while promoting available products and services. Address customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, de-escalate dissatisfied patients, and provide effective solutions.
  • Achieve established sales targets while adhering to company and local policies.
  • Maintain quality control standards, including safety regulations.
  • Uphold brand standards by performing basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Complete other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with at least three years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs within a team context.
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals.
