  • Telephone and Email Support: Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Treatment Planning: Prepare and review treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their care and treatment options.
  • Cash Handling: Collect payments from patients and reconcile daily cash reports, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reminder Calls: Conduct reminder calls or send text messages to confirm patient appointments.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Dental front office experience preferred, with knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
