Position Overview

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver comprehensive and high-quality sales experiences that align with company benchmarks.
  • Promote sales of preferred devices, service plans, features, and accessories, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Implement best practices to enhance sales performance and key metrics as directed by management.
  • Serve as a mentor and support for new team members and fellow Retail Sales Consultants.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Operational Duties:
  • Comply with all company policies as detailed in the employee handbook and other communications.
  • Follow established procedures for documentation and paperwork.
  • Become proficient in all necessary systems, including RQ4 and Paycom.
  • Regularly review sales documentation for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and take responsibility for any errors.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain a professional store environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of opening and closing checklists.
  • Promptly report any inventory issues to supervisors.
  • Protect sensitive information, including passwords and access codes.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the store.
  • Complete all required training within the specified timeframe.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the principles of company policies as outlined by management.
  • Accurately record attendance and adhere to the established schedule.
  • Communicate any requests for time off in advance.
  • Take ownership of any issues within your control.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week across at least 4 days.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to work and attending training sessions.
