Job Overview

JS Abrams Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the successful management of our clients' cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including billing, docketing deadlines, and providing reminders as requested
  • Review and draft legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements
  • Consult with attorneys to provide recommendations on cost-effective ways to achieve client goals
  • Manage and organize case files and information in accordance with firm policies

Requirements:

  • A 2-year degree and Paralegal certification are acceptable, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in case management, preferably in employment law or plaintiff-side work
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to follow detailed company procedures and provide accurate documentation
  • Great customer service skills and ability to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software
  • Legal research and drafting experience are critical
