- Prepare and submit applications, reviewing for errors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide detailed notes and updates in our office case management system, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Translate documents as needed, utilizing your proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our firm, sharing ideas and expertise to enhance our services and reputation.
- 2+ years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on EOIR case management.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and USCIS case type processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and internet proficiency.
- Ability to occasionally lift large case files and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30.00.
