We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive for the Multifamily Marketplace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients in Southern California and seven western states.

Job Description:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
  • Closing Leads: Source and close leads to meet personal and team sales targets
  • Client Relationship Building: Build long-lasting, productive relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills

The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a high sense of urgency, and excellent time management and goal-setting skills. A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $80K - $100K base salary + commission potential, bonus programs, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K and profit-sharing programs
