Commercial Sales Representative

AEI Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the multifamily marketplace.
You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients, build relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing and negotiating client contracts, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. A strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques is also essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the multifamily marketplace
- Manage and negotiate client contracts
- Generate leads and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
