At Rand Technology, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and servicing client relationships, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets. In addition, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management and product specialists, to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
We are looking for a sales professional with 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
