Resumen del Puesto

El Terapeuta es un puesto profesional avanzado que ofrece servicios terapéuticos directos a pacientes identificados con problemas de salud mental y abuso de sustancias dentro del programa de Estabilización de Crisis de Emergencia Infantil. El terapeuta será responsable de mantener la atención al paciente de acuerdo con las pautas del programa y los estándares externos.

Se requiere que los solicitantes posean una de las siguientes licencias de la Junta de Florida (Consejero de Salud Mental Licenciado, Trabajador Social Clínico Licenciado o Terapeuta Matrimonial y Familiar Licenciado) y un título de Maestría en Servicios Humanos o un campo de estudio relacionado para calificar.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar evaluaciones exhaustivas de los pacientes y desarrollar planes de servicio, planes de tratamiento y planes de alta.
  • Proporcionar sesiones de terapia individual, familiar y grupal con adultos, niños y familias en un entorno ambulatorio, de atención aguda o comunitaria.
  • Documentación precisa y oportuna de los servicios clínicos y administrativos de acuerdo con las pautas del programa y los estándares externos.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de productividad para el programa designado mediante una gestión eficiente del flujo de trabajo.
  • Mantener relaciones cooperativas con otros departamentos internos y agencias externas, manteniendo informado al supervisor sobre todos los asuntos relevantes de clientes, programas y comunidad.
  • Comprender los principios básicos de los trastornos concurrentes y la relación entre la salud mental y el abuso de sustancias.
  • El terapeuta también demostrará conocimiento de las necesidades específicas por edad de los clientes tratados en el programa.
  • El terapeuta será responsable de mantener la atención al paciente de acuerdo con las pautas del programa y los estándares externos para diversas poblaciones, incluyendo terapia individual, familiar y grupal para niños, adolescentes y adultos.

CALIFICACIONES

  • Se requiere un mínimo de un título de Maestría en Servicios Humanos o disciplinas similares como Sociología, Psicología, Criminología, Trabajo Social, Salud Conductual, etc.
  • Se requiere una de las siguientes licencias válidas y activas en Consejería de Salud Mental, Trabajo Social Clínico Licenciado, Terapeuta Matrimonial y Familiar Licenciado en el estado de Florida.
  • Competente en el uso de EMR y programas de MS Office.
  • Ser bilingüe (español/inglés) es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
  • La experiencia previa en salud mental es un plus.
  • Debe tener al menos 21 años, poseer una licencia de conducir válida y tener transporte personal confiable.
