Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems.
  • Manage moderate to complex client issues, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Advise various organizational units to guarantee timely service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Engage in product development, enhancements, and system testing to maintain the integrity of high-value transaction processing.
  • Resolve intricate problems by leveraging a deep understanding of system intricacies.
  • Combine specialized knowledge with industry standards to provide effective solutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Support junior client processing roles and oversee their work allocation and quality checks.
  • May involve supervisory review, training, and approval responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is advantageous.
