Client Service Representative

Alera Group Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join their Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Benefits Consultants and Account Executives to deliver exceptional client experience for their assigned book of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve client issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility.
  • Partner with Account Manager(s) to complete Alera Group's service model for clients, including requesting and downloading renewals, coordinating marketing of benefits, and updating client and plan information.
  • Document all activities in Brokerage Builder.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required.
  • 2-3 years of related industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and experience with Zywave a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
