We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative II to join our team at BNY. As a key member of our Loan Administration Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality client service and support to clients
  • Work with clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues
  • Support clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues
  • Apply intermediate problem-solving skills to analyze information and provide solutions
  • Use communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of total work experience, preferably in client service/operations within financial services
  • Corporate trust background preferred
  • Finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, reconciliation background experience preferred
