Client Service Representative I

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative I to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
- Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Report laboratory results to clients and patients using established protocols.
- Escalate issues to supervisor as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements.
Requirements
- One year of customer service and/or related healthcare experience required.
- Previous related healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively interact with customers and co-workers.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
