Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative I to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
  • Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Report laboratory results to clients and patients using established protocols.
  • Escalate issues to supervisor as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements.

Requirements
  • One year of customer service and/or related healthcare experience required.
  • Previous related healthcare experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively interact with customers and co-workers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (typing).
