Insurance Customer Service Representative

At Howard Hanna Insurance Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, answering product and service questions, and proactively providing information relating to additional products and services as it relates to client needs.
Responsibilities
Services clients by answering product and service questions and providing information relating to additional products and services as it relates to client needs.
Maintains customer records by updating account information through the Vertafore management system.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to multi-task.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train an individual willing to learn.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
