Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients
  • Utilize outside sales calls, prospecting, and hotel tours to solicit new business
  • Retain and grow existing business with in-house customers
  • Review and analyze sales performance on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all materials used are in accordance with brand standards
  • Communicate client requests to all departments in a timely manner
  • Assist with the completion of monthly booking reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of hotel sales experience
  • Local market knowledge preferred, in upscale hotel industry
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • General knowledge of contract laws
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Opera Sales and Catering a plus
Physical Demands:

Sitting for extended periods of time, occasional long periods of standing, no heavy lifting expected
