Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Berman Physical Therapy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Physical Therapists and Administrative staff, ensuring that company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and that all internal procedures are documented, developed, and adhered to by staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure company weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs are met and reported to the CEO with a written summary.
  • Develop and regularly update the company's online process and procedures library.
  • Foster deeper relationships with customers, clients, and vendors.
  • Perform regular performance reviews of staff, documenting the results and providing a summary to the CEO.
  • Continually review and evolve employee scorecards, including responsibilities, expectations, and KPIs.
  • Organize and plan all external events, meetings, client-appreciation events, and team-building activities.
  • Top-grade the organization with future hires and terminations.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from data and report back to the CEO.
  • Experience with process and system-oriented work, including the use of CRM software and Google Drive.
  • Strong understanding of company KPIs and the ability to identify activities that impact them.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to focus on key priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and persistence in achieving goals.
  • Proactivity and the ability to act without being told what to do.
  • Experience with hiring and firing.
