About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Berman Physical Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of company KPIs, reporting to the CEO on a regular basis
  • Develop and update online process and procedure libraries to ensure seamless operations
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and vendors through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of staff, documenting results and providing feedback to the CEO
  • Continuously review and evolve employee scorecards to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Organize and plan external events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from data and report back to the CEO
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Drive, and other productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
