Key Responsibilities:
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
- Coordinate medication requisitions with pharmacies and physicians
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Adhere to infection control, emergency, and other facility policies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license issued by the State
- CPR Certification is required
- Preferred: Two years of prior nursing experience
