We are currently looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to take on the role of Hygiene Appointment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service abilities. This position is primarily administrative and does not involve clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the scheduling of hygiene appointments to maximize time and resource utilization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications, monitor office correspondence, and engage with patients.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record management.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Discuss treatment plans, associated fees, and payment options with hygiene patients.
  • Provide support at the front desk, assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Compensation:

Salary will be based on experience.
