About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team, responsible for championing change, proactively removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. As a key member of our HR team, you will support teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations and a place where teams love to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and observing to quickly understand their needs.
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, using effective communication skills to tailor your approach and resolve their questions quickly.
  • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
  • Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience, selling capabilities, and product enthusiasm to deliver the right experience.
  • Execute intentional recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire talent with the right skills and experiences to best serve their guests.
  • Support the training needs of your store's sales force and be an advocate for continuous learning.
  • Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices, and act as an open door by listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders to take action as needed.
  • Deliver on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
  • A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly and remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process, accurately handling cash register operations as needed.
  • Lifts product up to 10 pounds regularly without additional assistance from others, and capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties.
