Position OverviewAs a Senior Enterprise Sales Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Leadership team to identify, attract, and secure top-tier sales professionals for our esteemed organization.
Your role is pivotal in sustaining our rapid growth trajectory.
LocationThis position requires onsite presence in our San Mateo office.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, maintaining a robust pipeline and fostering strong relationships with sought-after enterprise sales talent.
- Establish solid partnerships with the Enterprise Sales Leadership team to enhance collaboration throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various platforms to source exceptional talent, actively engaging with passive candidates.
- Deliver compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and our Sales Organization.
- Embrace creativity, innovation, collaboration, and process improvement within your team and the broader organization.
- Continuously generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative branding initiatives, events, and employee referral programs.
- Document and manage candidate communications using Lever (ATS).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle sales recruiting, specifically focused on Enterprise, Majors, or Sales Leadership.
- Strong collaborative influence skills.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience managing multiple competing internal priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and high performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Lever (ATS) is a plus.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000—$150,000 USD.
