Your Role:
As a State Government Technology Advisor, you will be responsible for leading project teams, providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support major ERP Migration projects, ensuring all project requirements are met. You will also be responsible for IV&V services, independent verification, and validation of ERP migration projects. Your role will involve interacting with State's project leadership, supporting the building of the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area, and ensuring all deliverables and work products are high-quality and comprehensive.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, providing direction and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Proactively solve complex client problems using a consultative mindset, anticipating issues and blockers proactively, and identifying patterns to peers and leadership.
- Ensure all assessments and deliverables are high-quality and comprehensive, providing meaningful insights into ERP Migration projects in all its dimensions.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, preferably in selected industries like healthcare, finance, education, etc.
- 5+ years of relevant experience providing IV&V, project management, quality assurance, implementation, and other project oversight services for State governments, preferably in programs related to Enterprise HR/Financial Systems, Health/Human Services, Government Operations, Education, Finance, Systems Integration, Corrections, and similar systems.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and interact with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management.
