Nurse Care Specialist

As a Patient Advocate with the Arkansas Government Job, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients. With a strong focus on customer service and community engagement, this position requires a nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Summary**
The Patient Advocate is responsible for receiving complaints, evaluating the complaint to assign a priority to ensure complaints are seen in a timely manner. The incumbent must understand federal and state rules and regulations governing nursing homes and intermediate care facilities. This position requires successful completion of the SMQT certification test within six months of hire.

- Experience working in nursing homes or healthcare settings
