Your role will involve answering phone calls, responding to text messages, emails, and social media messages, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers and their family members or responsible parties, as well as calls from company caregivers.
  • Respond to text messages, emails, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify, update, and file caregiver credentials on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
