Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Representative to join our team at Service Champions. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
