Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Services Representative to join our team at Service Champions. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions to clients.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including call handling times and client satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of call center experience, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.
