We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center (Member Service Representative) to join our team at Workway BancForce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from credit union members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service with members' checking accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Communicate products and services offered by the credit union.
  • Work onsite in Brea, Monday - Friday 9:15 am - 6:00 pm.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a sales/customer service environment.
  • One year of experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment - preferably in the financial industry.
  • One year of experience working with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.
  • Excellent communication and member service advisory skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
