Professional Search Group - OC is seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the Contact Center, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service by handling a wide range of credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions for savings, checking, money market accounts, certificates, credit cards, and loans.
- Achieve Member Acquisition and Growth Strategy (MAG) targets.
- Provide accurate quotes on deposit rates, loan payoffs, and handle stop payment instructions on ACH and drafts.
- Resolve issues related to Home Banking, Bill Pay, and other electronic services.
- Conduct outbound calls for member retention, membership development, pre-approvals, and cross-selling of additional products and services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and member service advisory skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively exchange information over the phone.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the financial industry.
- Competent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
