Position Summary:

The Market Operations Support Specialist is responsible for spearheading essential operational projects within the North Carolina Market. Reporting directly to the Director of Market Operations Support, this role involves close collaboration with market leadership and national teams across Cityblock's Clinical Strategy, Data, and Product divisions, as well as external stakeholders.

This position requires versatility and the ability to take on significant responsibilities in high-profile projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing Cityblock's core operations as the organization expands and seeks to refine its care model.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, proactive, and excels in teamwork. You have a passion for developing and testing innovative processes and workflows, and you are eager to engage in detailed work to ensure successful implementation. You leverage data insights and work alongside Cityblock's data team to guarantee that care teams have the necessary data and tools to effectively serve our members. This position is Hybrid - primarily remote. Candidates must reside in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with developing and overseeing various programs and projects to bolster the North Carolina Market, which may include:
  • Creating new standardized and scalable processes and workflows to meet market demands while continuously assessing performance.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with the data team to design dashboards that provide leadership and staff with essential data for performance enhancement.
  • Managing and refining existing critical components of our care model strategy at the market level, including provider visit strategies, member feedback mechanisms, and other clinical initiatives.
  • Testing new market-level initiatives and synthesizing insights to apply best practices to national operations.
  • Facilitating coordination with local partners and vendors.
  • Assisting in the implementation of national strategic initiatives at the local level.
  • Overseeing long-term market initiatives, including tracking member transitions between models.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or similar large-scale project management.
  • A commitment to executing complex, cross-functional projects with diligence.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
  • Proficient in project planning processes, materials, and workflows.
  • Comfortable with business analytics and performance measurement, with proficiency in Excel (primarily using Google Sheets).
  • A proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments as an independent contributor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
