Position Overview:
The hourly compensation for this position is $18.00. This rate is applicable for roles within our esteemed hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include delivering personalized experiences and overseeing all facets of banquet operations, including the setup for catering events.

You will also supervise the efficient and friendly service of food and beverages during banquets and events.


Specific Duties Include:
  • Coordinating meeting spaces for banquet and catering events, ensuring adherence to banquet event orders (BEO) with a focus on service quality and hospitality.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation in accordance with event schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation procedures for food safety.
  • Assisting with employee scheduling.
  • Accurately completing guest checks and providing exceptional guest service.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to follow established processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
We require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a banquet captain or senior server, with hotel banquet experience being a plus. Proficiency in computer systems such as Excel, Word, and POS is essential. Candidates should possess outstanding organizational skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively. A passion for food and providing an exceptional guest experience is crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Food Handler Certificate may be required. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
