Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Simmzy's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that it is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop our kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
