Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting decision makers of St. Louis businesses via telephone and email to set appointments for our sales executives to discuss solutions for their facility cleaning and maintenance needs.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a friendly, upbeat personality. They will be highly organized and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals.
Key qualifications include:
* One to two years of successful appointment setting experience making B2B outbound calls
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

City Wide offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Salary of $45-52k plus uncapped commission (full compensation $55,000 - $65,000 year one)
