Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at the JCC Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including finance, administration, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to senior staff on administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of senior-level experience in finance, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, human resources, and administrative operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
