The Role

The Chief Operating Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the organization, working closely with the CEO to implement business strategies, refine operations, and support capital markets efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to craft and execute a compelling organizational vision and cutting-edge operational strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct in-depth analyses of internal operations to identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement robust business strategies that align with the firm's short-term objectives and long-term aspirations.
  • Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate the company's operating results against established benchmarks and develop targeted action plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Management Team to create a comprehensive strategic business plan that maximizes market presence and enhances profitability.
  • Financial Acumen: Develop innovative strategies for resource generation, including equity and debt, to meet the capital requirements of current and future projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track-record operating as an executive within a real estate development firm, specifically single-family residential or multifamily. Ideally, this candidate would have expertise in developing capital markets strategies in sourcing debt & equity.
