Position Overview: As a Customer Service Center Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and be responsible for managing call operations, training staff, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of CSRs, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions on effective communication and customer relations.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to service orders and customer inquiries.
  • Encourage and motivate your team to achieve their best performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a management or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and resolving issues effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
