About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Area Vice President of Payor Sales and Account Management. This role will be responsible for executing company strategies and initiatives in the assigned territory, focusing on business development and contracting for Onco360 services across various payor segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute company targeting strategy with assigned payor accounts to increase sales and hit revenue and GP goals.
  • Maintain and expand existing payor accounts, creating new opportunities to grow relationships, increase product offerings, and enhance pricing opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across functional areas with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of managed contracts.
  • Provide effective customer sales presentations, obtaining necessary client information and negotiating new client opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop RFP/RFI sales presentations and maintain opportunity pipelines for new clients.
  • Responsible for day-to-day leadership of account managers and business specialists within the region.
  • Develop and cultivate meaningful business relationships among key decision makers across existing and target customers.
  • Provide market segment performance feedback to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare/market access industry sales and contracting experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, experience with managing complex contracting processes, and strong computer skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and individual and group presentation skills.
