Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Duluth Trading Company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating special experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers.
- Lead the store team to deliver high levels of service and engagement.
- Manage floor coverage to drive the customer experience.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer profile information.
- Respond proactively to customer concerns and make decisions to provide positive resolutions.
- Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
- Supervise merchandise receipts, transfers, and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
- Ensure company standards for cleanliness and provide feedback to employees.
- Adhere to company guidelines and train all cash-handling functions.
- Ensure store security and respond to alarms.
- Ensure employee and customer safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Customer-centric with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player.
Environmental Factors:
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Use of computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
